Not marked on the map, this track runs from the southern end of Westwood to join the old railway line between Inkersall and Arkwright. It's just a nice track.

Grassmoor Country Park

Site of the former Grassmoor Colliery and start of the Five Pits Trail.

The last few days has been a bit hectic, but here we are back in Havelock North and back to my usual exercise regime of cycle 3.4 kilometres from home to the car park, then walk various trails. here looking out towards Mount Erin with Mount Kahuranaki just visible over the ridge to the left.
